We use a completely environmentally friendly printing method to minimize our impact on the planet and your health. As a result, your shirt may smell a little like vinegar when it arrives. Don't worry, this mild smell will disappear completely after the first wash. It is a natural consequence of the fact that we do not use any environmentally or health-hazardous products in our manufacturing process.

The print may initially feel a bit rough, but after the first wash the print becomes much more flexible and the sweater softer.

To preserve the print, always wash the shirt inside out.

Can I change the design if I am not satisfied?

Yes!
When we are done with the design, we send over a draft via email. You can change the color, image or text until you are one hundred percent satisfied. Plus, at that stage you can also change the color or size of the shirt if you want.

Unfortunately, we at Obsessed.se offer no refunds if you change your mind after a design has started to be created. However, we strive to make our customers happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your design, we are more than happy to make product adjustments to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Delivery time may vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the design and our workload at the time. Generally, the design work takes about 2-4 working days, and after approval, your product moves on to the printing phase with a delivery time of about 5-10 working days. Please note that the delivery time may be affected by external factors. Feel free to contact us if you have special time frames or questions about your order.
